back to basics

I've been getting really frustrated lately that I can't seem to get back to losing weight. Part of it is starting to workout every day again, and so far it's been 2 weeks of pretty good every day gym action. But the dieting thing is still so hard, what I need to do is get back to what I was doing when I first lost like, 15 pounds in 4 months. I was eating the exact same thing for lunch every day, and the same thing for breakfast, and then working out for an hour after work and not worry about dinner too much. That worked for me. I didn't have to think about what I was going to eat or making healthy choices cause it was all laid out the night before. The trouble is that at my new office we eat out all the time. Looks like I'm gonna have to start summoning the will power to eat the lunches I bring. Maybe start not eating in tthe kitchen so that I'm not tempted by all the chips and stuff.

Cause even though my birthday is coming up and I want to be hot for that, I'm more worried about bathing suit season that is coming up and being SUPER hot for that. I am SOO close to where I want to be, It bugs the crap out of me that I keep eating so much shit and not working out. I've been doing pretty well for working out, so I'm feeling good about that. Now it's time to just focus on myself and the goal that I have. Bah. No more junk food.
