Has anyone read "Forget The Facelift" by Doris Day? It's all about how diet and lifestyle affect your skin (and your general health). It's gets into biology which is really interesting and she talks to you like a normal person, not like a cheesy help book. She also discusses everything from exercise to homemade skin care remedies to Botox and other chemicals. I could've done without the little makeover section and the "pearls of wisdom", but otherwise I think it's a helpful read.
On a sidenote, I wish this community had tags - that would be really helpful as there are only a few favorites listed. Are the mods still around?
